Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests in the following circumstances only:

• Damaged in transit — vial arrived cracked, broken, or visibly compromised.
• Incorrect item sent — you received a different compound or quantity than ordered.
• Missing item — your order arrived incomplete.
• Significantly delayed shipment — order not received within 14 business days of dispatch (UK) or 28 business days (international).

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, ordering errors made by the customer, or products that have been stored incorrectly after receipt.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for missing parcels).

1. Email us at orders@monumentalpeptides.com with the subject line: "Return Request — [Your Order Reference]"
2. Include a brief description of the issue and, where applicable, clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
3. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

3. Refund Process

Once your return or claim is approved:

• Replacement — we will dispatch a replacement item at no additional cost via Royal Mail Tracked.
• Refund — if a replacement is not possible or not preferred, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or bank transfer) within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will cover the product value only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

4. Return Shipping

In cases where a physical return is required (e.g. incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid Royal Mail return label. Please do not return any items without prior written authorisation from us — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

• Opened or partially used vials
• Products that have not been stored at the recommended temperature (−20°C for peptides)
• Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery
• Orders to countries where import of research chemicals is restricted

6. Customs & International Orders

Monumental Peptides is not responsible for delays or seizures caused by customs authorities in the destination country. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that importing research compounds is permitted under local law. Refunds will not be issued for orders seized by customs.
